 Colorful, Cheeky and oh so Curvaceous. The vibrant, vivacious, voluptuous, energetic, and death dropping diva, Emogan Moore is a drag queen with a passion for pageantry and it really showed when she snatched the Miss Gay Western Cape Title back in 2017. Originating from Mitchell’s plain in Cape Town, she works with kids at a primary school by day and is a fierce and fearless entertainer and host by night. With a decade and a half of experience in the business and wanting more for those that feel they are not worthy or not the body type to have the confidence she has, she does it for those that feel they are not enough, this Queen knows her stuff. Whether she is impersonating the sultry Lizzo or the rap master Missy Elliot and even the songbird Jennifer Hudson, she always leaves you GAGGING for more always serving you some of the hottest moves on the stage, she never disappoints. As captivating as she is on stage, she is also your home girl off stage. Always willing to converse and make you feel one in a million. Emogan Moore is the definition of Embracing Who You Are and being unapologetically YOU. 

 She is the girl next door that just got an upgrade. She is the girl you have been dreaming of. She is the girl you yearn for. She is charming, she has the heart, she has the talent, and did I mention body?

She. Is. Lust.

She has been one of the opening acts for international Rupaul’s Drag Race queens succh as Alaska Thunderfuck 5000, Brooklyn Hytes, Trinity the Tuck and Manila Luzon.

She has hosted her own show, Lust and the Six Deadly Sins that explores human nature, desires and frustrations. She is a resident queen at Babylon the Joburg Bar. 

 Chenal LeCap is a proud Coloured Trans Woman all the way from Elsies River. You might know her as the Fem Queen of House of Lecap, the first Vouge House in Africa that started back in 2017.

She is also a professional dancer both locally and internatonally.
She is proficent in vogue, afrobeat and Hip Hop.

Chenal believes that we as local queer artists should stand together, if one grows it's one step closer for all of us.

You might remember her as a contestant in Miss Cape Town Pride, her first ever big pageant where she placed 3rd Runner Up. As of recent, she fell in love with the Art form of Drag.

She has conquered the ballroom scene, now her aim is to merge the three scenes together so we can all grow as one .

 Vida Fantabisher, a staple in Cape Town's drag scene, has been dazzling audiences for 11 unforgettable years. Her journey from a fledgling performer to a seasoned queen is a testament to her passion for glamour, comedy, Broadway showmanship, and all things theatrical.

But Vida's story goes beyond the stage; she's a scholar of the art form she loves. With a master's degree exploring the intricacies of drag within Cape Town's vibrant cultural tapestry, her commitment to the craft is undeniable.

Today, she shares her wisdom and experience as a lecturer in Character Design & Styling at AFDA, inspiring the next generation of creative minds. Vida Fantabisher's boundless energy, charisma, and dedication make her a beloved figure in both the drag and academic worlds, proving that her love for glamour and theatrics knows no bounds. 

 Wendy LaRosa was birthed out of a dare from a friend to try drag back in 2011. As the saying goes, the rest is history. This journey has brought along many titles and active leadership roles. Amongst these being Miss Pestova 2013, Miss Cape Town Pride 2015 and Miss Sovereign Western Cape 2018. The latter pageant taking her all across the Western Cape, SA and New York. She has also been recognised as a mother to many in and on the LGBTQIA+ community in Cape Town, with a few foster children in PE and Jhb. She recently found her niche in hosting and MC work. Wendy is dynamic, funny, inspiring and passionate.

Wendy aside, the brain child behind her is the shy, Wentzel April, who in 2022 was appointed as the new Festival Director for Cape Town Pride. A stage he’s used to further his activism and passion for the queer community. orn 

Candice Jackoti is a force to be reckoned with and is reshaping the landscape of Modern Drag.

Throughout her Drag journey she was able to maintain longevity with humble beginnings as a contemporary dancer at the University of Cape Town where she received her professional training, it is no surprise that she’s still a stunner.

Candice Jackoti is also taking up space as a resident model for the Koena Art Institution Gallery.”Persistence is champion in the most challenging circumstances”.
She has been doing Drag for 7 years and hopes that her work will challenge race,age and gender tensions in South Africa where diversity,equity and inclusivity is celebrated!

She hopes to use her activism as a radio host on PSH radio to broaden the spectrum and highlight LGBTQIA+ events in the hope that it will provide more job opportunities and support for the community.

The “Gipsy Queen” known to many believes ART is a network that helps us connect and tell our stories and those that are untold from the voiceless.

Candice Jackoti is a testament of perseverance and hard work.The legacy of this Diva is undoubtedly only in the introduction of its prime Era and with all achieved she hopes that it will inspire and uplift those who dare to dream.
